Here’s how it works: Your profile To start the process with Titan, you’ll need to complete an online application and skills checklist. Then, you’ll need to provide us with your most recent résumé and two references from the last two years (one being from your most recent place of employment). Start applying Your interview Once you’ve completed your profile and selected your job opportunities, we’ll submit your profile to each facility for an interview. If you’re selected, the hiring manager will conduct a phone interview to determine if you’re a good match. We care about placing high-quality professionals in the right assignments, so we provide resources to help you prepare for success. Prep for the interview Your placement If you accept the job offer, you will have a credentialing specialist at your fingertips to help you complete all the requirements for your new assignment, including drug screen, background check, immunizations, competency testing and more.
