Key Responsibilities:

Provide practical support and assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility.

Support service users to engage in community activities and promote social inclusion.

Assist with the implementation of care plans under the guidance of qualified social workers and care managers.

Observe and report changes in service users’ wellbeing or behaviour to the appropriate staff.

Maintain accurate records of support provided, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Croydon Council policies.
