Traveling PSYCH RN – Psychiatric RN

We currently have a client in Concord, NH looking for a Travel PSYCH RN – Psychiatric Registered Nurse!
 
Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Psychiatric RN to be an expert in crisis intervention, mental health assessment, medication and therapy, and patient assistance.

Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary)

Requirements:

• Motivated candidates who are looking for career growth
• AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
• Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families

Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Interview and assess patients to evaluate history, symptoms, and other ailmentss
• Develop individualized patient plans for treatment
• Provide individual counseling and education to patients and families
• Facilitate social and emotional needs and supervise medication schedules
• All other responsibilities as needed
