Essential requirements for the role include a minimum of three years of nursing experience, fluency in English, basic computer knowledge, multicultural sensitivity, and critical thinking skills. Certification in Chemo/Biotherapy and an Illinois state RN License in good standing are necessary. Must acknowledge the importance of maintaining confidentiality and have the ability to project a professional and friendly demeanor. Also, supporting the development of other staff and healthcare students, and implementing initiatives to improve the quality of care and clinical outcomes will be integral facets of your role. A 40-hour work week will enable you to fully engage within the compassionate and dedicated healthcare community at Carle Health. Please note: Education to at least an ASN level is required, with a BSN degree preferred. Pay Package:

• $2,505.00 total gross weekly for 40 hours per week for 13 weeks.
• Stipends:$1,162.00 weekly

Taxable rates:

• Regular hours: $33.58
• Overtime hours: $87.75
