All time off must comply with the RTO policy. ;Floating: PLEASE READ – Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their home facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units, including outside of their primary area of competency.
