M-F 7-3:30 pm Call: 10 days/month or less 250 surgeries/month, 4 OR’s, Ortho, general, eye, podiatry, gyn, pain, urology, neurosurg, hand. Davinci robot **Must be experienced and comfortable with Neurosurgery** Additional Information:1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. 3) RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply Position Urgency:Normal Billing string = Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center; OR Circulator needed in AZ
