Weekends vary with Saturday heavier than Sunday. CNOR certification Burn Experience Robotic Experience Neuro Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Burn: high acuity patients mostly from ICU: wound debridement, skin grafting, dressing change Dental: restoration (cavities) and oral maxillofacial ENT: T&A through parathyroidectomy and cochlear implants Gastroenterology: EGD, colonoscopy General – everything Gynecology ablations, vaginal/abdominal hysters Neuro stealth, spinal fusions, discectomy, craniotomy Open Heart CABG, fempop, fistulas Ophthalmology vitrectomy, cataracts, corneal transplant Orthopedics trauma, total joints, sports med Plastics breast augmentation/reconstruction Pychiatry electroconvulsive therapy Robotics gyn, general, urology Trauma damage control resuscitative surgery, neuro, ortho, general Urology cystoscopy, TURB, TURP, stents Best personality Fit: Open and outgoing Forward thinking Team player Excellent critical thinking skills REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS Dress Code: Per AORN standards Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Weekends and On call(if any) Rotate weekend call every four weeks, call utilized to fill evening/night staffing holes M-R and is evenly distributed among team.
