Are RNs required to read their own strips? What brand are the tele monitors?: every unit has tele capability, patients are monitored on all units, central monitor station will communicate with RN, 3south tele unit also has central monitors at nurses station and every patient is on tele – Charge Nurse/House Supervisor?: Does the charge nurse take an assignment?Both. Nurse managers are in house M-F business hours, starting at 3pm M-F and all weekend there is an adult house sup. charge takes light patient assignment, will take full load of patients if needed. educator and manager for each unit. Smaller units share manager and educator. – Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios: all units – RT Equipment (i.e., Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, vents, etc.): cpap bipap at night, RT to help, high flow on 2n, – Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?
