Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Travel RN for a ICU Unit in Glendale, AZ with multiple start dates
Pay Package
• $2592 Weekly Gross
• $72 Blended Hourly
• $38.56 Hourly TAXED
• $100 OT
• $483 Weekly ($13.42 hour) NON-TAXED Meals Stipend (based on 36 hours)
• $721 Weekly ($20.03 hour) NON-TAXED Housing Stipend (based on 36 hours)
• 36 hours contracted
• 24 Hours GUARANTEED
• 13 weeks with multiple start dates
• 7:00AM – 7:30PM OR 7:00PM – 7:30AM/36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel up to 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experience
• Weekend and on call schedule to be determined by facility
Requirements
• No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license
• Have a valid RN Arizona state License with no hits
• Minimum 24 months of current ICU experience
• BLS (AHA only)
• ACLS (AHA only)
• No time off; time off can be listed as preferred, but will not necessarily be honored
• COVID and FLU vaccination required
