Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary care to patients on a surgical and orthopaedic ward.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient care.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with clinical policies.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate the care of patients on an ongoing basis.
• Support patients and their families, offering guidance and care throughout their recovery.

Location:

Sutton, Surrey

Rates:

• Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
• Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
• Contract Type: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Previous experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
• Strong clinical, organisational, and communication abilities.
