Must be flu and Covid vaccinated, documentation on profile at time of submission.
If not fully vaccinated for Covid, must have agency approved exemption meeting CMS requirements at time of submission. Strong Medical Surgical RN’s to float among Med Surg Units.
2-3 years required if from a smaller setting or 1-2 if from a similar Level 1 Trauma and Teaching setting.
Prior travel is preferred not required.
Must have FL or compact license at time of submission, no exceptions.
NIGHT SHIFT 1900 – 0730
Typically 1:5 or 1:4 ratios depending on census and unit.
PCA Support Tech 1:12 Bedside.
Variable schedule weekends required.
Epic required.
NM interview.
No IVS. Facial hair must follow filtering guidelines.
Orientation dates Monday, June 20th, July 5th or 18th .
Do not submit for other start dates.
