You must have a current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 2 years of recent ER experience. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in a high-acuity setting and additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure are highly valued.
