Registered Nurse – Post-Anesthesia Care Unit – PACU – Travel – (PACU RN)

Pay Rate: $1678.30 – $1849.55
General Information:
Number of ORs: 4 OR’S and 1 Endoscopy Suite
Staff will rotate through PreOp and PACU (Phase 1 & Phase 2) areas
Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? Yes

Robotics: Bariatric, Prostate, Hernia, Gallbladder, Hysterectomy
Urology
Ortho
Ortho/Spine
Podiatry
Plastics
Cataracts
ENT
ENDO: Colon, EGD, ERCP, Bronchoscopy
Pre-op: 1:3 or 1:4, depending on acuity
Phase 1: 1:2
Phase I2: 1:4
RN: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Will be discussed during interview with manager
EMR: Epic
IV pumps: Alaris
Medication dispensing: Omnicell
Patient Ratio:

Will float throughout the unit – Preop, PACU – Phase 1 and Phase 2

On call requirement: Friday night and weekend call; approximately every 8-10 weekends

RTO: Manager approval
Shift times: vary based on need
Schedule cycle: every 8 weeks

Experience: 1 year
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed)
On Call: every 5th weekend
Float: preop and pacu phase 1 and 2
