All compliance items must be complete and on file candidates with any pending items, will not be cleared to start. 1 year direct experience required; Illinois license must be in hand. NO emergency and NO pending accepted. Candidate must have BSN for Northwestern Memorial Hospital. ASN or BSN accepted at all other facilities in the health system. Must include license, skills checklist, 2 references – one from a Supervisor/Manager/Charge RN within the last year in order to submit. BLS (and ACLS, PALS if required) MUST be through AHA. Candidate will need to travel to Illinois at least two Fridays before their scheduled start date to complete mandatory fingerprinting if they are a Non-Licensed Direct Patient Caregiver and NOT currently listed as “Work Eligibility: Eligible ” in the IL Healthcare Worker Registry. Out-of-state fingerprints are not accepted under any circumstances.
