Physiotherapist

Nuffield Health Didsbury Fitness & Wellbeing Centre is seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join the adult inpatient and community teams. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy for adults across acute and general medical settings, supporting recovery, independence, and functional outcomes within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for adult patients in inpatient and community settings.

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and rehabilitation programmes to optimise patient outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.

• Support patients in regaining mobility, functional independence, and safe discharge planning.

• Provide guidance and support to junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students.

• Participate in service evaluation, audit, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance standards of clinical practice.
