Pharmacy Technician – Croydon

• Contract: Temporary (3-6 months)
• Hourly Pay: £19 – £21 (negotiable depending on experience)
• GPhC Registration Required

Tripod Partners is recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician to join an NHS service in Croydon on a temporary basis for 3 to 6 months. The role offers a flexible hourly pay rate, which will be negotiated based on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, dispense, and supply medications in accordance with prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Perform clinical checks and audits to ensure the safe use of medications.
• Participate in stock management, including ordering, receiving, and storing medication.
• Provide support to patients, offering advice and information on medication usage and side effects.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and patients to promote safe and effective medication use.
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure data protection and confidentiality standards are upheld.

Requirements:

• GPhC Registration as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in an NHS setting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage workload under pressure.
