Job Details:
Full-time Pharmacist required to deliver comprehensive medicines management services within a hospital and mental health setting.
Duties:

Provide expert pharmaceutical advice, including management of substance misuse and mental health medications.

Ensure compliance with medicines legislation, local policies, and risk management procedures.

Support the multidisciplinary treatment team in optimizing patient care.

Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy services and protocols.
Skills/Experience:

Registered Pharmacist with relevant NHS experience.

Knowledge of mental health and substance misuse medications.

Strong communication and teamworking skills within a multidisciplinary environment.

Experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred.
Working Hours: Full-time.
