Job Details:
Qualified and experienced NHS Pharmacist required to provide clinical pharmacy services in a busy hospital setting.
Duties:

Manage prescriptions and ensure safe, effective medication use.

Provide clinical services to NHS patients across various hospital wards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medication management.
