Salary

  • Salary Range: $33.87/hour – $55.31/hour (based on education and experience)
  • Shift Differentials: 2.50 evening, 3.00 night and 3.00 weekend.

Shift Information

  • 8 hour days Shifts
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Weekends TBD
  • On call: none

Requirements

  • Current Oklahoma license to practice occupational therapy or eligible for license to practice occupational therapy.
  • Certified Hand Therapist
  • BLS Certification
