The role will include conducting Best Interest Assessments (BIA) and delivering person-centred interventions to support recovery, independence, and safe discharge.

Conduct Best Interest Assessments (BIA) in line with statutory requirements.

Provide OT-only interventions for adults in inpatient general medicine.

Assess functional abilities and develop person-centred care plans.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.

Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life.
