HCRG Care Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team on a 3-month locum basis. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care and rehabilitation to service users across community and clinical settings. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patients in achieving greater independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for a wide range of patient needs.

Develop and implement personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Support individuals in regaining or maintaining daily living and functional skills.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists, nurses, and social care staff.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with HCRG Care Group policies and HCPC standards.

Contribute to discharge planning and safe transitions of care in both community and inpatient settings.
