Deficiency-free Assisted Living property in Southeast Portland, Oregon is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN in OR) for their Health Services Director/ Director of Nursing position.

In your role here as AL DON:

• You will maintain an active Registered Nursing license in Oregon (RN in OR)
• You will oversee all care provided to senior residents and verify that your staff remain compliant with State and Federal regulations.
• You'll be conscious of the budget and track expenditures to stay within those boundaries.
• You'll also have the opportunity to educate and mentor your team, keeping an eye toward developing promising candidates for future advancement.
