Thankful ICU Nurse
“Dear Med Surg and Tele RNs as an ICU nurse who has been working your floor I now have a new appreciation for you! If I am calling report I will now understand when you say ” I can’t take report right now can you call me back” I will now understand how waiting an extra 15 minutes before sending my patient to you. I now understand that your shift to shift report takes way longer than my 30 minutes or less in ICU. I take back when I said ” they are not that busy up there” if no one has told you thank you in awhile thank you because it takes a lot to do this.”

 Super Blooms in California
“So the super bloom in California is pretty rad. not to mention so are the mandatory breaks and patient ratios when I get pulled from the ICU to everywhere else..
disclaimer: no flowers were harmed in the collection of these photos and it’s a field day for any of you photographers out there 😉
Edit: this is near lake elsinor around walker canyon. I’m in San Diego and it took 1 hour or so to get there. The flowers don’t open up until the perfect amount of sun has been on them for the right amount of time. Nothing like Mother Nature to teach you about patience ?”
