Saundra Vild
Saundra is the Senior Director of Training and Development for the Travel Nurse Division. She has been with AMN for over 6 years. Saundra started at AMN in 2015 as a travel nurse recruiter. She grew quickly and soon transitioned into a leadership role where she managed 9 travel recruiters and her own nurses. After a year in the role, Saundra transitioned to her true passion, developing others. She became a Manager of Sales Training and was responsible for onboarding all new recruiters. Over the last 4 years, she has continued to contribute to the organization’s success by training recruiters on how to build connections with nurses and grow their own desks.
Jayden Holt
Jayden has been promoted to Sr. Director of Recruitment. Jayden started as a Director in 2018 and has over 15 years of sales, leadership, and operational experience from various industries. In his 3 years with AMN, he has been a significant part of the development of both our team members, leaders, and future leaders. Jayden has co-led the Elevate Leadership program for STTN, helped in navigating Pending Automation and Database Maximization, and has also has been a big partner for CHI and customer success. Jayden’s passion for leadership and people shines beyond the nursing division, and he was awarded Trust and Respect in the 2020 company meeting. Jayden has his BA in Organizational Leadership and lives in San Diego with his wife Emily and two kids, Melia and Nolan.
Juliana Mraovich
Juliana is a Director of Recruitment for the travel nurse division. She came from a sales & development background and made her way to AMN 2016. Within her 5 years, she has recruited, managed, and now runs a team of recruiters. In addition, Juliana is involved in AMN’s strategic initiative of deepening relationships to ensure travelers’ loyalty is valued and does not go unnoticed.
Kalie Simmons
Kalie is a Director of Recruitment for the travel allied industry. She has been with Med Travelers, one of AMN Healthcare’s travel allied brands, for 7 years. When Kalie is not at the office, she is a proud mom of 3, so as she puts it, “I am usually winging life by the day! 😊”
